Paek Yoon-shik came under the spotlight when he was acknowledged as the best supporting actor of 2003 with the movie “Save The Green Planet” As a veteran actor, Paek Yoon-shik won the best actor prize at the Bucheon Int’l Fantastic Film Festival, and best supporting actor prizes at major film festivals in Korea, such as the Grand Bell Awards, Korean Film Awards, and the Blue Dragon Awards in 2003.
