Re: "Departures"
How may one find and employ this custom of preparation of the body for cremation in the USA (Raleigh, North Carolina)?
This wonderful film, among other things, illustrates a most beautiful, respectful, and simple way to honor the dead. The transparency of the custom is extremely powerful in its reality and genuine care. I am so taken with it that I would like to bring it to my family and to my own death.
I also feel as more people became witness, it would become popular as a 'preferred' way.
