Born 1972. Debuted in TV series Nekketsu! Shinnyuu Shain Sengen (1991) and broke through with an outgoing lead role in another TV series Shiratori Reiko de Gozaimasu! (1993). Her feature film credits include director Sabu’s Monday (2000) and Drive (2002) as well as Jôji Iida’s Another Heaven (2000) and the recent Shochiku production Helen and the Baby Fox (2006).

Yasuko Matsuyuki played a punk rocker /back up singer in Drive backing up Susumu Terajima's Arai Jyoun as he spout off words of enlightenment( plus say motherf***ers alot)to to a young punk audience.This after having beaten up the bands original singer for shooting up backstage(you wasting your life ,you f**king brat!!!!) which incensed him beacause he is well.......a priest.
