Chipe there's no standard way of spelling Korean names into English, it's spelled phonetically. Other variations on how you could spell his name is Ui-chul Jung / Ee-chul Jung / Ee-cheol Jeong or with the last name first (Jeong Ui-cheol etc). Also besides Geun-seok Jang and Ui-cheol Jeong appearing in "Doremifasolasido" and both having attractive appearances, they don't appear that similar (Geun-seok Jang looks more boy'ish???).
