Plot
Dr. Fong Kin Wah's newly invented drug can boost man's physical power and turn one into a superman. Unfortunately, his great involvement in the research has brought him mental disorder. He even tests the drug on his patients. Police constable Chan Sum, who is a patient of Wah, also becomes an experimental subject without knowing it. The drug turns him to super human with incredible strength. Later Sum discovers Wah's bad and crazy deeds. But can Sum stop Wah?
