Plot
Set during the Joseon Dynasty, "Chuno" revolves around the world of slave hunters (known as "Chuno Ggun") and slaves (known as "Nobi"). The slaves were sometimes born into the system of servitude and other times became slaves as a punishment for a crime. In the drama series "Chuno," a slave hunter (played by Jang Hyuk) attempts to track down one such runaway slave (playd by Oh Ji-Ho). The runaway slave became a nobi after being falsely accused of a crime he did not commit. While the slave hunter tracks down the runaway slave, he also seeks out the woman he loves (played by Lee Da-Hae).

OMG, the ending was such a disappointment! It felt VERY rushed, things that needed to happened, DIDN'T (all you know who've watched know what I'm talking about) and......AHHHHHHH!!!!!! I'm so frustrated!!!!!!! Don't get me wrong, I LOVED THE SERIES, it had it all, ACTION, COMEDY, ROMANCE, DRAMA, HEADACHES, but the ending.....THE ENDING........WOW. NO CLOSURE FOR ME WHATSOEVER. Such a letdown.

i first saw the trailer of TSH in the you tube,as i'm the one of da-hae's fan...very dramatic,energetic and not boring as other drama...so sad love story and why dae-gil can hate hye-won very fast after she got married..

Lee Jang Hyuk reminds me of Johnny Deep. His acting is mind-blowing…he was able to show a whole range of emotions in his role in “Slave Traders”..he is so believable!!

that's supposed to be Dae-gil(typo error =) anyway..about the ending, it was great too though my love died (Dae-gil ;p), atleast Keong-sik Lee died earlier!! haha!!and what about Eop-bok, tickle urmind guys..what do u think happend to him?.. lastly, i really love the idea of 'changing the world', Kwak Jeong-Hwan thumbs-up to you!! and kudos to everyone who made this one of a kind film possible!!

i just finish looking at The Slave Hunters, i love the the story but like everyone else i hate the ending too. it said the general was parting for his crime a year later but still did the little boy become king, this is the second korea story that i have watch where the little boy is suppose to be king the first was The Iron Empress. i would love to watch more movies like these.

I hate The Ending, so chaotic, Daegil in shameless manner. Song tae ha and eonyon ending are not shown. and the rebel with musket gun slave fate are also not described. The Whole Story is Cool and entertaining, but the ending lacks the kick. i hope there are sequel to this drama.

Yea, I really like this drama (The Slave Hunter). The leading actress is so beautiful. I get to know the old days Korea, in fact I am a fan of KBS dramas since Winter Sonata. Hopefully I will be able to visit Korea one day. I've picked up several Korean words such 'kerdei' (I guess this one meaning - yes ok). 'Namaseo' (maybe 'hello'), 'sarang' (love?). Ok bye-bye guys.

watched it at asianrice until episode 13...Lee Da-Hae;s name is Eonnyeon.....not to be missed...epic story line...Jang hyuk is really good at martial art...Wing chun style punches!!!sad and touching story after episode 10...
