Plot
Kyohei Takano (Kazuya Kamenashi) and his friends Yukinojo Toyama (Yuya Tegoshi), Takenaga Oda (Hiroki Uchi), Ranmaru Morii (Shuntaro Miyao) are housemates in a mansion owned by Mine Nakahara (Reiko Takashima). Kyohei is hot-tempered, Yukinojo is outgoing with a cute smile, Takenaga is pretty, and Ranmaru loves woman and is narcissistic. These four handsome boys are offered free lodging by Mine Nakahara if they can turn Ms. Nakahara's wallflower niece Sunako (Aya Omasa) into a proper young woman. The guys are in for quite a challenge.

well...uhmm.. how could you say Kame and the others are bad at acting?.... well... in my opinion, they're good.... for me, an actor/actress is good if he/she was able to portray the character of the person in the drama very nicely....
there were differences in the anime and live action but will you, everyone, please respect the decision of the director? ... you're free to criticize but don't state too much harsh words....

I agree with the comment below but the actors the bad actors escpecially the lead. Those people who think that Kame is a great actor are believers that Justin Bieber is better actor than Marlon Brando(if you do not know who Marlon Brando is then kill yourself). I pity those fools who thinks an actor/actress is a great actor just because he is famous or goodlooking is so then Megan Fox deserves an Oscar.

As with any live action adaptation, you will find plot and character changes. It's never the exact same as the original (Harry Potter, for example), and I challenge anybody to find an example where this is not the case. You can't compare this drama to the original manga because they are simply two different things.
That being said, I thought it was an entertaining show, and I enjoyed the changes as a longtime fan of the manga and anime. ^_^

Possibly the worst acting ive seen in a series. Bad choice of actors they are not even acting they are just cosplayers. Fangirls die!!!!! you're the reason why japanese actors are considered bad actors. Instead watch real actors like watanabe ken, odagiri joe and nagase tomoya. BWAHAHAHAAHAHAHA

So wonderful! There are very few dramas that I can enjoy, but this one had the perfect mix of romance and comedy to keep me happy! Also, the ending was super sweet! XD

Hey you haters! Don't ever say bad things to this drama unless you're done watching the whole thing. excuse me to wallflowerfan.. u cant say bad to this drama because this drama actually very good...u cant compare human with anime because anime was not a reality..they're just a cartoon...so dont compare between anime and human okay..btw this drama was so fun and funny..

i dunno huh, i love the manga, the anime version.. but i'll say this one's good too... it has good sense of humour and they really emphasize the love story of kyohei and sunako <3 <3 <3

awww, kyohei is supposed to be the ultimate, most handsome guy anybody could ever meet...enough to make sunako's nose burst with blood. but the casting on this is totally not on that league...the manga was not given any justice at all...

boo, the people who casted they killed the manga, they didn't look like the characters at all and they added a kid?? auntie was suppose to be beautiful and young looking and she didn't have a child duh, sunako has straight hair, how they made this is a fail, on a scale of 1 to 10 i'll rate it -100, say whatever you like but it's true and you can't deny it

I've read the manga back to front and vice versa, watched the anime and drove my family crazy with the laugther it ensued. now there is a live edition? I will search for this on the web there has ot be at least "1" website broadcasting this!
