Plot
MPD-Psycho Story 1
By shooting down the man called Nishizono, Detective Kobayashi perished the personality of Kazuhiko Amamiya in himself. The return of Isono and Flower Murder Case brings end to the ordinary life for Kobayashi...why did the perished personality of Nishizono resumed once again?
MPD Psycho Story 2
Amamiya pursues Nishizono who's thought to have kidnapped his wife, Chizuko. Meanwhile, the serial murder of cutting out the unborn infants out from the womb takes place. Amamiya's lover was murdered by the same method. He identifies Tomoyo Tanabe as a suspect of serial murder.

Gun violence amongst the high school students occurs, Amamiya realizes that bar code owners amongst the children are multiplying in unusual speed.
