Bio
Born in 1958 in Taipei, Kao stepped into movie circles by appearing in HOU Hsiao-Hsien’s Daughter of the Nile in 1987, and has been famous for playing rough gangster characters. He has appeared in the movies A City of Sadness, Treasure Island, Dust of Angels, Good Men Good Women, and Goodbye South Goodbye.
