Being one of the 1st graduates of Korea Film Academy and starting as a production staff of Director Kwon Taek Im,Gyu-deok Hwang ( 황규덕) suggested a new vision for the Korean film industry in his times with his debut film <Looking for My Classmates From the 1st to the Last> which he produced, planned, wrote and directed. After a rest of 13 years, he released ]]Chulsoo & Younghee]] in 2003. He served as a professor of Korea Film Academy and now teaches at Myongji University as a professor of the Department of Film Studies.
