For anybody intersted, Fuji TV's main headquarters does allow tourists to visit their studio sets (I couldn't do this because I got there too late in the evening), and also they offer entrance to the observation deck (costs roughly $6-$9 if memory serves me correct) and they have a souvenir shop available as well. I would definitely recommend you skip the observation deck, way overpriced to get a view of the city (plenty of places offer it cheaper or for free). The souvenir shop is ok, especially if you're more interested in their television dramas (couldn't find much stuff relating to their movie releases). The building itself is worthwhile to check out, just because of its unusual design. I did enjoy the Daiba area a lot more than expected (ride the ferris wheel, check out the show cars, and check out the Sega indoor arcade).
