Reiji Abe is a repeat offender of driving under the influence and his license has been suspended. Forced to go to driving school, Reiji chooses the quickest, least expensive, and easiest driving school he can find. Unfortunately for Reiji, the nation's strictest instructor, Miyuki Takanashi, is asked to help the school improve its reputation. She will have her hands full with Reiji and a class full of other misfits, but with a little luck and a lot of hard work, she may just be able to help them see the error of their ways.
