Plot
Dr. Koto's Clinic recounts the struggles of the young doctor Kensuke Goto who puts all his passion into medical treatment on one of Japan's distant islands while insisting on the preciousness of life. This is a brand new Dr. Koto installment with an episode involving another Dr. Koto: Shinichi Mikami.
