About
Cinema Service was founded in 1993 under the name of Kang Woo suk Production by well regarded film director Woo-Suk Kang. The company has produced such popular Korean films as Green Fish, Attack the Gas Station!, Volcano High, Public Enemy, and The King and the Clown. In 1997 the company extended its business into film distribution and has distributed some of the more popular domestic and foreign films in Korea. Today Cinema Service is regarded as one of the top two (the other being CJ Entertainment) South Korean film distributors.
