I should say Acchan has a kind of "laid-back" charm..it's not laziness..she performs well on stage and works hard off-stage as well! This is one of her merits and unique characteristics! :P

She is hardworking, pretty and even that she doesn't have so amazing acting skills yet I think she does good job! I really wish she could be actress after her idol career. Love you Acchan !

lol .. I think she's not "lazy" - but "tired" instead. if you watch all the AKB48 off stage videos, you'll realize how INSANELY hard they work. the popular members rarely get any sleep =\
